TravCon is more than a conference—it’s a community built for healthcare travelers like you. We understand that financial barriers can sometimes make it difficult to attend, and we’re committed to helping make TravCon more accessible. Our goal is to support you in gaining the education, connections, and resources you need to grow in your travel healthcare journey.
Hardship Program
Through this application, a limited number of free hotel nights and discounted tickets are available. While completing the form does not guarantee funding, each application will be reviewed confidentially by the TravCon Leadership Committee.
Student Pass
We’re proud to support the next generation of healthcare professionals! TravCon offers a special discounted ticket rate for nurses currently enrolled in a college or university program. To receive the student discount, please complete the form below and upload proof of enrollment, such as a valid student ID, class schedule, or transcript. Once verified, you’ll receive access to the discounted ticket option.

Attending TravCon 2026? Meet a new company and get a chance to enter our exclusive drawing!
- 1 Entry: Submit to a position (not just the company)
- 2 Entries: Submit and interview for a position.
- 5 Entries: Submit, interview, and sign a contract.
The drawing will be open following TravCon 2026 and runs through October 31, 2026
TravCon Scholarship
TravCon partners with Travelers Education Group (TEG) to give back to our community!
Travelers Education Group grants up to twenty educational scholarships (each up to a $3000 value) to healthcare travelers every year. Many of you are working hard to advance your education through Bachelor & Master programs, and we are here to help!

Scholarship Questions
1. Be a current student in a Bachelor, Master, Doctorate or Bridge program in healthcare.
2. Have worked as a healthcare traveler in the year of your scholarship award.
3. Medical Mission trips may be considered in lieu of education awards.
* Minimum 2 week duration in year of award.
* Proof of payment required after completion of mission before award is paid to recipient
(canceled trips will void award)
November 1st. The Travelers Education Group will announce the winners of the grants by late November.

2. Proof of a recent travel assignment
3. Explain how traveling has impacted your career.
4. Tell us why we should pick you! Do you support healthcare travelers? Support the traveler community? Volunteerism? Mission trips? Online participation in mentoring others? Do you have a personal financial need or family considerations that would be eased by receiving this grant?
