TravCon Health & Safety Policy

To offer the safest environment possible for our attendees, speakers, employees and volunteers, we have implemented the following requirements for those participating in TravCon.

TravCon recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, be tested for COVID-19 prior to attending TravCon. Persons with any acute illness is requested to wear a mask during the event. See the Refund Policy below regarding positive test results.

While masks will not be required during the event, they are encouraged in crowded spaces, and will be available for anyone who chooses to wear one. All TravCon participants must abide by any mask requirements set by local authorities or the venue. This policy is subject to change based on local conditions at time of event.

Anyone participating in TravCon is requested to report if they have tested positive for COVID-19 five (5) days prior to the event by contacting [email protected]. Persons with a printed positive test result from licensed provider may not attend TravCon or any related events.

TravCon will refund the registration of any attendee who demonstrates a printed positive test result from a licensed provider within five (5) days prior to the conference.
