TravCon is proud to give you CE credit for attending eligible talks!

This is the right place to be to get your certification. As long as you scanned your badge at the beginning of EACH DAY of the conference, and you attended the course in full, just request your CE/CEU certificate here by logging in.

FAQ

You are eligible to print your CE/CEU Certificate online for the conference if you’ve:

1. Scanned your badge at the beginning of EACH DAY of the conference.

2. Attended the course/conference in full.

3. Submitted an online evaluation (you’ll do that here, through this page).

Click on ‘Forgot Password’. Input your email address & click on ‘recover account’. You’ll be emailed a new link to reset your password.

If you didn’t scan in both days at the conference, your information won’t be in our system. Please contact us and we’ll add a single day in for you.

Partial credit of a day will not be awarded CEs.

Details per Specialty

CE’s are provided through the Arizona Nurses association (AzNA), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). ANCC credits are accepted in all states.

The main conference is approved for 12 contact hours, with an additional 7 CE’s for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

All attendees who scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

Continuing Competency Units (CCUs) are approved through the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT).

The main conference is approved for 10 CCU’s through FSBPT, (or 12 contact hours for those states not requiring CCUs). An additional 7 contact hours are available for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp (No CCUs approved through FSBPT for Newbie BootCamp).

All attendees who scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

CEU’s (contact hours) are approved through the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). AOTA is recognized is recognized by 33 state licensure boards.

The main conference is approved for 1.2 AOTA CEUs (12) contact hours, with an additional 0.7 CEU’s for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp (7 contact hours).

Continuing Education Credits for Radiology Techs are approved through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) for Category A continuing education credits.

Sessions are approved individually for the main conference. An additional 7 Category A credits are approved for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

Radiology Techs (ASRT) have individual sessions approved. We’ll process your certificates within one week manually once you’ve completed the individual course & conference evaluations.

Contact hours/CEs are approved by the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC).

The main conference is approved for 12 contact hours, with an additional 7 CE’s for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

Continuing Education Hours are approved through the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (P.A.C.E.).

The main conference is approved for 12 contact hours, with an additional 7 contact hours for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

CME credits are approved by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS). The main conference is approved for 11 contact hours, with an additional 7 CE’s for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

SDMS credits are accepted by the American Reg of Diagnostic Med Sonography (ARDMS), American Registry of Radiologic Techs (ARRT), Cdn Assoc of Registered Diagnostic US Professionals (CARDUP), & Cardiovascular Credentialing Itnl (CCI).

All attendees who scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

Continuing Education Certificates will be provided for SLP’s to submit to their licensing board of choice. The main conference will provide 12 contact hours, with additional 7 contact hours for the pre-conferecnce Newbie BootCamp.

We will provide you with a certificate of attendance for the hours of the conference once you have completed the evaluation. You will submit this to the licensing body of your choice.
