This is the right place to be to get your certification. As long as you scanned your badge at the beginning of EACH DAY of the conference, and you attended the course in full, just request your CE/CEU certificate here by logging in.

FAQ

You are eligible to print your CE Certificate online for the conference if you’ve:

1. Scanned your badge at the beginning of EACH DAY of the conference.

2. Attended the course/conference in full.

3. Submitted an online evaluation (you’ll do that here, through this page).

Click on ‘Forgot Password’. Input your email address & click on ‘recover account’. You’ll be emailed a new link to reset your password.

If you didn’t scan in both days at the conference, your information won’t be in our system. Please contact us and we’ll add a single day in for you.

Partial credit of a day will not be awarded Contact Hours.

Details per Specialty

Contact hours are provided through the Arizona Nurses association (AzNA), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). ANCC credits are accepted in all states.

The main conference is approved for 14 contact hours, with an additional 7 contact hours for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp or Medical Spanish (Sunday OR Wednesday).

Following the conference, all attendees who have scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

Continuing Competency Units (CCUs) are approved by TravCon, an Approval Agency for the Physical Therapy Board of California (PTBC)

NBC: 7 Contact Hours

Spanish – Sunday or Wednesday: 7 Contact Hours

Mon/Tues: 14 Contact Hours (7 hours each day)

Following the conference, all attendees who have scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

TravCon 2021 IS NOT specifically approved by ASHA or AOTA.
A Certificate of Completion is provided as a record of 14 contact hours earned for this educational activity as follows:

NBC: 7 Contact Hours

Spanish – Sunday or Wednesday: 7 Contact Hours

Mon/Tues: 14 Contact Hours (7 hours each day)
For rules on approval of continuing education credits, participants should contact their respective regulatory boards.

Continuing Education Credits for Radiology Techs are approved through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) for Category A continuing education credits.

Sessions are approved individually for the main conference. An additional 3.75 Category A credits are approved for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

Radiology Techs (ASRT) have individual sessions approved. We’ll process your certificates within one week manually once you’ve completed the individual course & conference evaluations.

Contact hours/CEs are approved by the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC).

The main conference is approved for 14 contact hours, with an additional 7 CE’s for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp and/or Medical Spanish.

The main conference is approved for 12 contact hours, with an additional 7 contact hours for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

Following the conference, all attendees who have scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

CME credits are approved by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS). The main conference is approved for 11 contact hours, with an additional 7 CE’s for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.

SDMS credits are accepted by the American Reg of Diagnostic Med Sonography (ARDMS), American Registry of Radiologic Techs (ARRT), Cdn Assoc of Registered Diagnostic US Professionals (CARDUP), & Cardiovascular Credentialing Itnl (CCI).

Following the conference, all attendees who have scanned their badges both days (and/or at Newbie BootCamp) have been uploaded into this system. You’ll be able to retrieve your certificate immediately after logging in and completing the conference evaluation.

The main conference will provide 14 contact hours, with additional 7 contact hours for the pre-conference Newbie BootCamp.’


We will provide you with a certificate of attendance for the hours of the conference once you have completed the evaluation. You will submit this to the licensing body of your choice.
