The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) provides evidence-based education for healthcare professionals involved in newborn care at birth. Based on the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines, NRP emphasizes effective, team-based care during delivery room emergencies.
Course Structure & Requirements:

This one-day course is designed for perinatal nurses who have completed a Basic Fetal Monitoring course and are currently practicing in Antepartum or Labor & Delivery settings. The Intermediate course builds on foundational knowledge with a focus on EFM interpretation, clinical decision-making, and collaborative care.

We get it—you’re travelers and don’t always know where you’ll be on assignment in September. Don’t worry! You can book a TravCon ticket during early bird pricing and know that if travel life happens, you can request a refund all the way until July 31st with just a $20 processing fee.
Please note: If you used a deposit discount code, the deposit portion of your ticket is non-refundable. The remainder of your payment is eligible for refund per the schedule below.
Refunds will be granted via the same credit card used to register.

General Admission Refund Policy:
- Opening – July 31st: $20 processing fee
- August 1st – August 24th: $50 processing fee
- After August 24th: No refunds
Add-On Course Refund Policy:
The following pre-conference sessions are fully refundable through August 24 with no processing fee.
From August 25 onward, cancellations will still be accepted, but a $10 processing fee per course will apply:

If TravCon 2026 is canceled for any reason, a full refund with no processing fee will be issued to all registrants.
If a pre- or post-conference session or certification class is canceled by TravCon, you will be promptly notified and receive a full refund for that session. Please note that individual concurrent sessions are subject to change and may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. TravCon will make every effort to provide replacement content. Refunds will not be issued for canceled individual sessions.
Yes! You can transfer your ticket to a qualified attendee for a $20 starting August 7th.
To ensure the validity of ticket transfer requests, email transfer requests to: [email protected] from the original attendee’s email address with both parties involved in the transfer. Our events team will review and verify the request. Once we confirm the transfer, you can safely proceed with sending funds (payment arrangements to be made privately by the involved parties). All other aspects of the transfer will be handled by our team and next steps will be provided.
