TravCon’s Refer-a-Friend Program

Below are the details of the Program:
Referral Process:
- Refer a friend to register and attend TravCon by August 6, 2026.
- Both you and your friend will receive a $50 hotel room credit (up to a $1000 credit maximum) applicable at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino or Horseshoe Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
- The credit will be applied to your room account upon check-in and can be utilized for room rates, food, beverages, services, or merchandise during your stay.
- To refer a friend, direct them to register on the TravCon Registration site.
- During registration, ensure they enter your email address (used for TravCon 2026 registration) in the promo code field. Hotel credit will not be honored if the email address is not entered in the promo field during the initial registration process.
VIP AfterParty Experience:
Top referrers and select friends will enjoy exclusive perks at the TravCon AfterParty at Soleia Nightclub, including:
- VIP early entry starting at 7:30pm
- Private photo session by a professional photographer
- Private cabana with a dedicated server
- VIP Limo service to and from the event
- Tiebreaker Criteria: In the event of a tie, top referrers will be determined based on the earliest registration date of the first referral.

Terms & Conditions
- Referrers and referees who register after the August 6th hotel credit deadline are not eligible for this promotion.
- Referrer’s email address must be used in the Promo Code field during the initial registration.
- Promo codes may not be combined with any other offers.
- This offer is applicable only to non-cancelled registrations before September 12th.
- The Hotel Credit offer is valid until the available rooms within the TravCon room block are exhausted.
- Hotel credits are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused funds will expire upon checkout.
- Hotel credit is only applicable during September 13th-16thth, 2026, with a $1000 credit maximum.
