FAQ

You are eligible to access and print your CE Certificate online for the conference upon fulfilling the following requirements:

  1. Scanning your badge upon entry to each session.
  2. Attending the entire course/conference.
  3. Completing an online evaluation (either through the provided email link or directly on this page).

Please make sure to scan your badge at each educational session you attend. Scans in the exhibit hall will not be counted. If you forget to scan or experience technical issues with your badge or the scanner, visit the registration desk, and we’ll assist you in manually recording your attendance. Following the conference, if you attended the sessions but did not receive your 2024 certificate email, please contact us at [email protected].

Sorry, partial credit of a day will not be awarded Contact Hours.

Basic Medical Spanish – Sunday or Wednesday: 7 Contact Hours
Intermediate Medical Spanish: 4 Contact Hours
Main Conference Mon/Tues: 14 Contact Hours (7 hours each day)

Continuing Competency Units (CCUs) are approved through the Physical Therapy Board of California.

TravCon is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. PD activity approval ID #10186 (TravCon 2024). This live activity is offered at up to 3.2 CEUs, introductory, professional issues, foundational knowledge. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

CEUs are awarded based upon attendance,confirmed by daily badge scan, for the following TravCon sessions:

Traveler Success BootCamp: Sunday: 0.7 CEUs (7 Contact Hours)
Basic Medical Spanish: Sunday or Wednesday: 0.7 CEUs (7 Contact Hours)
Intermediate Medical Spanish: Wednesday: 0.4 CEUs (4 Contact Hours)
Main Conference: Mon/Tues: 1.4 CEUs (.7 CEUs for each day) 14 Contact Hours Total

Continuing Education Credits for Radiology Techs are approved through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) for Category A continuing education credits.

CEs are awarded on a PER SESSION basis. 28 main conference sessions have been approved by ASRT, in addition to Traveler Success BootCamp & Medical Spanish courses.

This continuing education program is approved by the Association of Surgical Technologists, Inc. (AST).

Continuing Education Certificates will be provided for all other professions. It is up to the individual to submit to their licensing board of choice.

The main conference will provide 14 contact hours, with additional 7 contact hours for the pre-conference Traveler Success BootCamp.
