This energizing yet grounding experience is designed to help you reset, stretch, and prepare both your mind and body for a full day of learning and connection.

Led by fellow traveler Mark Zajac, this welcoming class is open to all levels—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just looking to loosen up after travel. Take a moment to slow down, breathe deep, and prioritize your well-being, all while connecting with other travelers who value balance on and off assignment.
