AHA HeartCode Basic Life Support (BLS)
$33 online (prior to arrival)
$55 skill session (at conference)
Registrations are due in advance so we have enough instructors available
The online portion must be completed prior to arrival – please arrive with printed certificate in hand. The instructor will be conducting the Skills Sessions (parts 2 & 3) only. This is a quick, convenient, and LOW STRESS way for you to stay current on these certifications. Printed cards will be issued at the end of the b course. This blended learning for ACLS, PALS, or BLS is per AHA rules open to ALL new, expired, or renewing students.
You can do the online portion at your own pace – stretch it out over an evening or even several days if you want – then you’ll spend less time in a classroom for the Skills Session review and checkoff – and you’re done! This is especially recommended for those who suffer from test anxiety because you can repeat the online scenarios and final exam until you pass, and the instructor will make sure you know what you need to know to pass the skills portion.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
$39 – Online Cert (Prior to Arrival)
$99 – Hands on Session (at conference)
$129 at the Door (if space available)
The Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) offers education based on the 2010 American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)/American Heart Association (AHA) “Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation & Emergency Cardiovascular Care: Neonatal Resuscitation Guidelines.”
It is designed for any healthcare professional involved in the delivery and care of newborns. This class is for re-certification for those that are current or who have expired and currently working in an area that requires it. For those who have never taken NRP or do not work in an area where it is actively required, this course is NOT recommended.
Additionally, there is no longer a distinction between Certification and Renewal. All students need to take the online examination prior to arrival, then participate in the same activities in the on-site NRP Course. However, participation will be tailored to the experience of the student.
This is a convenient & low stress way to keep current on this certification. Learning time is designed to learn/refresh skills of Neonatal Resuscitation & is not a pass/fail testing session.
